Corporate governance mechanism and profitability

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms on percentage profits in manufacturing companies. The population this is companies industrial & chemical sector, which are listed Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2019 period. samples were selected using purposive sampling method and resulted 34 sectors. Data taken from for independent variable with a focus board commissioners audit committee, while dependent profit used simple linear regression analysis. From analysis study, two proxies include committee have significant positive company profits. These results provide evidence that existence an has been effectively associated company’s gain.
